there are so many effect and conquesences of unforgiveeness. (1) unforgiveness seperate us from god. (2) it brings lost of favour.(3) unforgiveness brings lost of position,productivities,friendship etc.(4) it can lead to war. (5) it bring sickness,hatred and can also lead to mudred. (6) unforgiveness can also lead to broken marriage.

Glad that you found this article resourceful. It’s surprising the healing that comes through – just by letting go the bitterness of being offended by someone else, and the knowledge that we have no power by ourself to forgive, but God has already demonstrated that to us by offering his own son JESUS to be the sicrifice for the forgivenes of our sins.
Wish you that strength in HIM that you need, and healing that will spring forth.

I believe unforgiveness is a spiritual prison. I have to be willing to forgive every day. Letting unforgiveness take root is a bad place to be.

You are right @ meredith halfway forgiving someone only leads to halfway healing.

This article hit home for me. Thank you for reminding us all that halfway forgiving someone only leads to halfway healing. We will never be free of our burden of bitterness unless we forgive fully and trust God during our healing process.
